The essence of the professional development of teachers, purpose and trend oflifelong education teachers are required to self-growth, teacher autonomy growwith the meaning of respect for teachers to pursue professional and self-worth, thecurrent system of teacher professional development outward drive to bring teacherburnout, self-efficacy is weak and other issues an urgent need for teachers toautonomous growth. Independent growth of teachers’ professional development forteachers, development of research and decision-making bodies provides a newperspective, new ideas, new methods, independent growth of teachers is socialtransformation a critical period of quality development of an objective need.Review of domestic and foreign scholars on the teachers point of view of theconcept of self-development, teacher self-development influencing factors, researchmethods, research perspectives and practical strategies, clear teacher professionaldevelopment level, content and methods to lay the foundation for this study.The second chapter is to explore the theory of self-growth professionaldevelopment of teachers. Defined the concept of autonomy, teacher autonomy,teacher professional development, teacher autonomy growth. The dynamiccharacteristics of exogenous regime-led model of teacher professional development,and coordination mode of the endogenous tissue and endogenous independentgrowth of three type of teacher development, clearly the autonomous growth ofteachers, autonomy, initiative, effectiveness, and continuously exceeded, thencontains the independent growth of teachers’ professional development dimension,including the growth of self-awareness, ability, action, reflection, monitoring andmechanisms.The third chapter to investigate the influencing factors of the independentgrowth of teachers. Research purpose, research methods, the choice of the sample,questionnaire preparation, sampling and collation of data and other influencingfactors in design of the autonomous growth of teachers to carry out the analysis of the findings from internal and external factors of influence teachers’ self-growthobtained a series of problems faced by teachers in the growth of self-awareness,planning, action, atmosphere monitoring, and the community, the government acts.The fourth chapter to explore the finished teacher autonomy of growth factorson the basis of independent growth of teachers ’professional development path toexplore, The main part is to select outstanding, grade teacher in the ripple growthcase, as clues and secondary research, to draw teachers’ self-divided into three parts,nine stages of the growth of self-reflection of the growth aspects of the turningpoint. The first stage is the primary stage is divided into comfortable, natural,knowing, self-growth link, the third phase is also an advanced stage is divided intoconscious, self, self, the freedom of independent growth sectors.The fifth chapter of Practical Strategies to promote independent growth ofteachers’ professional development. Improve teacher training training system, thethe Daxing division wind, to create a self-growth atmosphere, establish and perfectthe normal school students admitted to and exit mechanisms to attract moretalented people to long-term teaching, improve teacher selection system, theformation of the working mechanism of selection of the independent growth ofteachers to adhere to the evaluation methods pluralism, reform and improve teacherqualification system. Emphasis on teacher induction and adaptation, the orientationof the supervision and evaluation of self-growth implementation process, give fullplay to the primary and secondary schools and tertiary institutions to work togetherin self-development training for new teachers, the need to create a positive growthof teachers in independent internal and external environment, building schoolmanagement mechanisms, the creation of learning-oriented campus culture, theformation of the active cooperation among teachers, collaborative atmosphere ofcommon development, and constantly reflect on the teachers’ self-growth, andreach toward the purpose of the independent growth of teachers from the growth ofcontract type.
