Background: Attack the hurdle is the core technique of the hurdle race and is difficult to master.The attack column technology is the core technical aspects Hurdle, is a sport difficult to mastertechnology. The reason is mainly in the stage of attack bar, sports technology is more difficult tomaster, the dynamic flexibility of the quality of the athletes body and from the cross-kicking poorpediment ability athletes in the attack bar tight leg muscles, muscles in active contraction fully lessforce under the substantial stretch ability, from the inter-attack bar across the leg after kicking andswinging leg forward swing is not sufficient, the body forward is not strong, a higher center ofgravity, making it easy hurdle. The teaching of attack bar is hand very difficult to solve, it isnecessary to attack bar skill training methods and innovative researchPurpose: This study aims to improve the teaching effect of attack hurdle with the self-designeddouble-load point reverse force track controlled training devices, realize the attack hurdle resistanceexercises in a wide margin,low gravity center way and the reverse extension movements ofsupporting leg and lead leg at the end of attack hurdle. And explains the biological mechanism ofthis method.Methods: The experimental group take12ordinary male college students of Ocean University ofChina to do the “devices–bare handed "special technique exercises with the self-designeddouble-load point reverse force track controlled training methods. The control group of samenumber use traditional bare-handed technique training method. Comparative experiment lasted sixweeks. The experiment use the surface electromyography and high-speed cameras and other meansto monitor biological characteristics of major force muscles of lower limbs.Results: The results show that after the experiment,the performance, height of body gravity center,takeoff-angle, trunk forward inclination, distance of clearance stride and other indicators ofexperimental group better than control group obviously, and the difference in statistics wassignificant (p <0.05). Analysis: The double-load point reverse force track controlled training method that can significantlypromote learning of the attack hurdle is due to control the track of attack hurdle and opening time oflead leg precisely.Conclusion: The double-load point reverse force track controlled training method is an advancedtraining method. it can solve the technique problems that bare-handed technique teaching can notsolve, and thus achieve a better training effect of attack hurdle.
