Teaching principles of quality education is teaching students to fully value and respect individual differences, which requires us to be individualized in the teaching process. Educational practice has proved that high school students in the psychological and physiological differences is an objective reality; Hobbies and interests in mathematics, mathematical knowledge and acceptance of difference is the objective of; Especially high school students is a wide level of knowledge, cognitive ability varies, and there are different abilities, leading to different students to comprehend and master the knowledge gap between large capacity. If too high, simply, and the rapid development of a small number of honors, is bound to affect students with learning difficulties and emotional interest in learning, resulting in more serious consequences of polarization; On the contrary, in order to take care of students with learning difficulties, low demands and low standards, then we can not really turn chemical poor students more inhibited the development of honors; Therefore, to fully implement the education for all students in educational thinking, only in the superior, middle, and poor to find a balance between the three, and strive to have students from all levels, promote each other, the overall increase, the poor students continue to progress, eugenics better.Based on the above problem, we propose a class of hidden layer teaching high school mathematics teaching in the implementation of tiered instruction to a large extent conform to the new curriculum reform, the requirements for teaching, this new model to break the class system limitations, can be implemented under existing conditions to optimize the teaching process. In this paper, learn current teaching and learning theory and based on the results, combined with school of Dongyuan Road, Xi’an, hierarchical teaching practice in secondary schools conducted in-depth investigation and reflection, This study aims to find the hierarchical teaching high school mathematics teaching in the practical problems, and recommend practical advice and solutions to promote the smooth implementation of tiered instruction, change the "mouthpiece" or a small number of top student in the classroom, all students to become actively involved, to enable every student to become masters of learning, so that each student has the development and improvement, a gradual increase each student’s learning ability and efficiency of teaching high school mathematics teachers. In this paper, the use of document analysis, questionnaires, interview and classroom observation and other research methods, through targeted teaching of reading literature to explore the meaning of stratification and related research, to establish the framework for the investigation and the problem of design reference mainly through the use of survey method surveys of students and for teachers and individual interviews with students, high school math to understand the implementation of tiered instruction.
