A question is the key to produce students’ learning motivation. It is hard to stimulate students’ desire to learn without questions; they will not become active thinkers and they will hardly be actively to recognise, analyse, and finally solve problems, without a learning desire Therefore, a consciousness of question is a critical factor, which is closely related to the success or failure of teaching. Meanwhile, a consciousness of question is an entry point for the innovation education for teaching activities. Furthermore, a consciousness of question occupied a very important position in thinking process and science innovation activities. However, the "spoon-feeding" mode of teaching, taken by most of the teachers, is a erroneous teaching mode that may lead to both passive phenomenon between teaching and learning. For example, students can hardly express their own opinion and even cannot ask one question because they are always depending on teachers, and they believe firmly in what their teachers say or what the books state. Therefore, in the modern teaching class, there are fewer and fewer students who would like to raise questions actively, so that they will not be inspired by their teachers’ explanations and advice. As a result, students have difficulty in raising scientific questions actively and forming good learning groups and a better learning atmosphere. In other words, contemporary Chinese students are generally lack a consciousness of question. Consequently, it is a major issue to be solved that how to cultivate and enhance students’ consciousness of question in the teaching process.The consciousness of question is that when one perceive it is so difficult to solve the reality contradictions in the process of cognition that produce a suspect, confused and anxiety psychological state. In other words, it is a psychological situation that people try to find, think, and solve the problem. Popular speaking, the so-called "consciousness of question", is that people often realize that it is difficult to solve some practical issue in understanding activity, and thus produce a doubtful, puzzled, anxious, explorative, and this kind of psychological state, which drives people to think positively and so that can continuously raise and solve questions. Hence, consciousness of question is this kind of psychological trait.Although the methods of culturing students’ consciousness of question have been mentioned in this kind of researching at home and abroad, they were only mentioned from only two aspects of teachers and students. The author concludes that as the first place to foster students’ comprehensive skills, classroom instruction can enhance their thinking and innovation ability so that they will improve their consciousness of question and query ability through the construction of the teaching situation. And this situation can stimulate students’ strong interest and desire in their learning so that they will raise and explore problems actively.This article takes the first-grade students of Xinjiang Hejing High School as research objects through questionnaire survey, classroom observation, and some other methods. In addition, this article analyses thinking development characteristics of high school students. And based on these theories and characteristics, this article puts forward some effective approaches to enhance students’ ability of chemical consciousness of question: creating teaching situation, encouraging students to raise questions, helping them improve the skills of raising questions, creating individual characters, and so on.Ultimately, the author considers that it may pose a significant position to improve consciousness of question that set up question circumstance in the chemistry class. Therefore, this article finally states that what is question circumstance and how to set up question circumstance; summarizes how to establish steps of develeping question circumstance, and some matters needing attention.
