American educator Taylor carried on8years of research to the teaching object, getting a conclusion:the teaching objectives, teaching activity and the teaching evaluation are three main factors of teaching process. The teaching object is the link of the teaching design and the teaching result, it is the bridge of educate ideal and reality, has the direct instruction function to the whole teaching process. It is a basis of teaching implement and evaluation. For the comprehension of the teaching object, till today, still without unique conclusion. Prof. Li Bingde separates the teaching object to the broad sense and the narrow sense. The broad sense thinks the teaching object includes to educate purpose, foster object, the course object, subject object, teaching object etc. The teaching object of the narrow sense only includes "subject or study realm teaching purpose, the object of the grade teaching, the unit teaching object and lesson ect". The unit teaching objectives and lesson is mainly drawn up by teacher. Along with the continuously push forward of the new course reform, the teaching level of teacher obtained to very greatly progress in continuously of mutually study and by one’s own introspect. However the inquisition detection’s study shows that the study and usage of it still can’t give satisfaction toward the3D teaching object of "the knowledge and technical ability, the process and method, the emotion, attitude and value". Some teachers take for the course objectives to mistaken for lesson, neglect and don’t account to the grade objectives, the unit objectives. The source and layer concept of the teaching objectives is not pure and clear. It’s only concerned with the knowledge and skills achievement, lacks of concerning on the process and method, emotion, attitude and value during teaching. Traditional written test is still the primary means of teaching evaluation, lack of authority, scientific evaluation system to after two-dimensional object, Especially emotional goal seems to be a decorative label. The research that have already finished focus on designing teaching object or study one of dimensions subject object. It lacks of research about3D teaching object from the design, carrying out to evaluation system according to some subject. The writer discovered problems in the teaching objective practice making use of the cultural heritage reading, questionnaire, the case analysis etc. According to Taylor’s course and the teaching object principle, consulting the chemistry course standard about common senior high school and the teaching reference, combine the learner analysis, the writer designed on the teaching object of organic compound and implement teaching. The teaching evaluation adopted the traditional paper test method,"three items and five classes "and the Likert scale method, classroom teaching evaluation system etc. By empirical study the author proposes to attach importance to the scientific design of the teaching objectives, strengthen the theoretical study; study seriously the curriculum standards, and make full use of the teaching reference; use of variety of instructional evaluation tools to evaluate comprehensively teaching objectives achieve and other aspects of reasonable proposals. The writer looks forward to help high school chemistry teacher in the course of practice teaching objectives.The innovation of this study is:the author uses specific knowledge of the chemical unit empirical research, rather than just in theory, empty talk about the problems in the teaching objectives designed or completed the process of teaching objectives.The questions exist in the below aspect:because the time is hasty, the author select the cases are few, it can only explain the investigation object question directly; although spended many time the teaching objective design is still waiting for improvements; It is not delicacy to the teaching goal’s implementation process research, has placed with emphasis on the object evaluation method exploration; because of the human factor, the teaching appraisal method’s universality waits for confirming.
