Curriculum standard is the preparation of teaching materials, teaching, evaluation and test basis, curriculum goal is a general requirement for a course of study. Certain curriculum goal is the embodiment of educational value, is a reflection of certain education thought, implementation and teaching it to the choice of the curriculum content, curriculum evaluation has decisive effect.How to push forward the development of history education? In order to create more efficient history class, bring into full play the guiding role of the curriculum goal, the author choose "Development of Compulsory history curriculum goals of th e new century—Explore the history curriculum standards-based" as a research topic. In this paper, since the new century the history syllabus and curriculum standards promulgated by the history based on the teaching objectives and curriculum goals, with different versions of history teaching syllabus and curriculum standards of history as the research object, discusses the characteristics of the times and the trend of development in different periods of teaching objectives, curriculum objectives.
