Researches On Unique Paradigm Of Talents Cultivation In Local Colleges

For the distinctive advantage and huge number, local colleges play a key role in the talentscultivation in local economic and social development. However, it is an essential problem thathow to accurately locate the schools’ talents cultivation types and levels according to theirdevelopment history and actual situation, and take practical and effective personnel trainingmeasures, and then explore a unique paradigm of talents cultivation, training diversity of staffsin different characteristics and meeting the full range of talents needs. However, for theshortcoming of the theory of talents cultivation for local colleges at this stage, there are no arecognized theory, and lack of the analysis of key factors to talents cultivation in local colleges,which hiders forming the unique paradigm.For the existing problems of talents cultivation in local colleges, we tried to explore theunique paradigm of talents cultivation in local colleges by consulting and summarizing anumber of literatures about talents cultivation, and then analyzed the limitation factors of andshortcomings of creative talents training, and proposed some advises.Based on the summarizing the current research state briefly, firstly, the characteristic ofapplied, research and compound were analyzed combined with cases according to the types oftalents cultivation in chapter2. Secondly, the unique paradigm was refined by the analysis of allthe school types from the three stages of talents cultivation, including target, process and results.Furthermore, the problems of talents cultivation in local colleges were outlined in chapter3. Inchapter4, owing to the unique paradigm gained, an evaluation approach was proposed based onimproved AHP, which assessed the special degree of talents cultivation in local colleges byanalyzing the contribution of each factors to develop paradigm. At last, for the existingshortcomings of talents cultivation in local colleges, countermeasures for improving the uniqueparadigm in the developments of talents cultivation were presented. Our works provide animportant theoretical basis and technical reference to strengthen and enhance the characteristicdevelopments of talents cultivation in local colleges.
