Tibetan is a nation with a long history, in the history of the long history of China, the Tibetan people’s created splendid culture. The culture in the process of creating, for Tibetan children deep hit the distinctive brand. Music as the important component of the Tibetan culture, is the Tibetan culture spirit, how effective inheritance, the key is to keep the Tibetan characteristics. The school education of cultural heritage plays a very important role, primary education is the foundation of our education, according to the actual situation of local, national music culture of the local music education in elementary school in the process of the inheritance of effectively, this is a worth studying and discussing the problem.This research is the ganzi Tibetan autonomous prefecture in sichuan province as a case danba, based on the music education and national primary school music culture inheritance effective combination for basic position, in the literature research, and on the basis of the application field trip, questionnaire, interview methods for the primary school music danba education present situation and national music culture inheritance status was investigated.The article is divided into four parts:Introduction:this part is the study of the origin of this research topic selection and determination of the problem, the domestic present situation of the study, this paper studies the purpose and significance, the basic method.Primary school music education danba situation:this part of the content includes Dan constituted, danba, present situation, the primary school by survey school introduction, elementary school music education danba status and the implementation of the new curriculum standard five parts.Primary school music education in danba minority music culture inheritance of function:the main part from danba minority music culture inheritance of the present situation, the primary school of music education danba traditional music culture and primary school education in danba traditional music culture inheritance the position of the three aspects are discussed.Countermeasures and Suggestions:through the above research and found out that the local ethnic music culture inheritance in some of the problems, and puts forward three Suggestions in this:strengthening the local ethnic music culture education, and to pay attention to the education idea the renewal, reasonable utilization of local resources and pay attention to education method of updates.
