High school is a golden age of teenagers' physical and mental development as well as improvement of comprehensive qualities.In order to enhance morality and foster talents,to improve students' comprehensive qualities and scientific and cultural qualities,to equip students with virtue and talent,we should strengthen students' ideological education.In school,class advisers have the biggest influence on students——they are the constructor of class,guide and inspire of students' comprehensive development.Thus,ideological education plays a big role in class advisers' jobs.With fast development of society and Internet,tense social relation between students,more conflicts between students and teachers,bad behaviors and learning habits,deletion of ideological and moral qualities and deviation of worldviews,values and their outlook on life,the factors above all tell that ideological education are not efficient.In this dissertation,the author analyzes the present situation of class advisers' ideological education in Honghe prefecture with the help of her own experience and field survey,trying to explore strategies based on the exciting questions by the text includes three parts.The first part makes,it makes theoretical framework for class advisers' ideological education of high school based on national needs and individual development,including value goal,content composition and ways of implementation.The second part analyzes the present situation of class advisers' ideological education in Honghe prefecture,pointing out the questions and then tries to find out the solutions from the perspectives of class advisers,students,school andsociety through filed survey of two local high schools.Finally,it offers some pertinent suggestions for class advisers' ideological education from the view of value goal,content composition and theoretical framework.
