The level of teacher professional literacy will directly affect the quality of the overall development of students. to understand the northwest region of rural primary school head teacher professional literacy and its influence factors,the research study the regions of the class-advisers. on this basis making recommendations for the professional literacy of rural primary school class-advisers.This study will combine the reviews the teacher, teacher professional literacy and the related research literatures. Drawing on the basis of previous studies, the class teacher professionalism into the elements of moral literacy, knowledge, literacy, ability to literacy, physical and mental literacy. Because of their long-term work in the first line of education, high demand for many practical capability of the grasp of knowledge can do, but with modern technology, master of distance education and research side also slightly weak. (3) Overall level of teacher literacy is the ability to have not reached the level of fully equipped, larger space for further improvement.(4) Physical and mental literacy class status will directly affect the quality of class work. Class teacher in their physical health and mental health are standards, but most often in class,or fatigue, less than normal outdoor activities, work and rest lacks energetic state.2. Age, teaching experience, as a class period of time, the highest office in early education, and the number of hours on behalf of other factors significantly affect the level of the class teacher professionalism.3. Differences in the geographical distribution, rural primary school teacher and county school teacher's professional knowledge level is not significantly different.4.
