A Study On Developing Information Instruction Design Competency For Young Teachers In Elementary And Secondary Schools In Western Areas Of Jilin Province

Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, the high speed development ofinformation technology, and promote the process of modernization of education, along withsocial progress and innovation, information technology education has become the trend in theeducation sector for future development. IT in education increasingly has been widespreadconcern in society, our government and relevant departments to comprehensively pushforward the process of education information, from hardware environment constructionTeachers Personal Information literacy training have invested a lot of manpower and materialresources, material force, however, due to the large population base, coupled with the uneveneconomic development of rural areas and remote areas of information technologyinfrastructure to keep pace needs of the development of information technology teaching. Plusmany schools and teachers to insufficient understanding of the teaching of informationtechnology, information literacy behind the application of IT in the actual teaching process isnot high. At the same time, in the face of the rapid development of information technologydevelopment under the status quo, the teachers on how to implement the instructional designof information technology in the actual teaching achieved through the application ofinformation tools and technology to improve the efficiency of teaching and training studentsinformation literacy has become the important issue of education information need to conductin-depth research.On how to improve the teachers’ information technology teaching design ability, thispaper, based on the theoretical results at home and abroad of education information andteacher information instructional design capabilities, summarized the information technologyeducation and information based instructional design theory from western Jilin Provinceproceed through the survey analysis and questionnaires, in-depth understanding of thepenetration of information technology in the area of education, through data analysis, summedup in the area of information technology education pervasiveness low, and analysis ofconstraints from the teachers’ information technology teaching factor in the development ofdesign capacity. Finally, the article on how to improve the instructional design capacity ofwestern Jilin Province Young Teachers practical and reasonable countermeasures that fromtwo aspects of subjective and objective should be to strengthen and improve the designcapacity of teachers teaching. Subjective, teachers should strengthen self-learning andself-training, to improve the teaching of information literacy and information technologyawareness, enhance information technology teaching design capabilities; objective should beto build the perfect policy system and appraisal system, establish a long-term mechanism for training guarantee of the actual effect of the teaching and training of teachers in informationtechnology, and from the hardware construction to protect the objective conditions for theimplementation of information technology teaching, while based Instructional Design forteachers should be able to provide policy support and institutional support.Through the study of the subject, the analysis pointed out that the obstacle to thedevelopment of western Jilin Province of primary and secondary school teachers teachingdesign ability and improve strategies help improve the design capacity of primary andsecondary school teachers teaching in the country, at the same time bythe analysis hasimportant significance to speed up the process of information technology education in China,to promote quality education, scientific and technological power, realize nationalrejuvenation.
