IT in education increasingly has been widespreadconcern in society, our government and relevant departments to comprehensively pushforward the process of education information, from hardware environment constructionTeachers Personal Information literacy training have invested a lot of manpower and materialresources, material force, however, due to the large population base, coupled with the uneveneconomic development of rural areas and remote areas of information technologyinfrastructure to keep pace needs of the development of information technology teaching.
