Elementary School Classrooms Construction Research

Teaching and Research Group (TRG), the grass-root organization of learning and researching in the middle school and primary school, is the main stage for the teachers’specialty learning and developing. For the implementation of Essential-Qualities-Oriented Education and with the continuously improvement of the New Curriculum Reform, the TRG needs much reform as well. Traditional TRG was not affective as it should be, mainly played the role of transmission, and had strong administrative characteristics, also the emphasis on teaching and learning and teaching and researching was not enough. TRG existed as a physical organization. As to the construction of TRG, the schools pay much more attention to the scores of the students and the individual comparison between the teachers other than the whole development of the teachers and the construction of the TRG, so that it seems blind to the specific aspects’construction of TRG. So strengthen the construction of TRG is very critical and important.Taking F Primary School of Chengdu City as a case for study in this article, literature study method, questionnaires survey method, interview investigation method, observation method, and statistic analysis method are used for the studying and analyzing of three courses TRG of "Chinese, mathematics and English", and the solutions and suggestions of TRG construction are put forward in four aspects as: strengthening the scientific and specified management of TRG, establishing the teaching and researching team with reasonable personnel structure, organizing abundant and effective teaching and researching activities, and creating harmonious teaching and researching environment, so as to improve the health, harmonious, continuous, and stable development of TRG, offer a stable stage of the development of teachers, help the stable improvement of individual comparison, and train more talented persons for our country.
