Since the 20th century, the development of technology and the reform of education make teacher professionalization worldwide educational trend. The essence and core of teacher professionalization is the professionalization of teachers’teaching and researching. The teaching and researching is at the core of teachers’professional development, which plays a commanding role. Primary School Teachers Professional Standards (Trial) propose that teachers should be initiative to collect and analyze relevant information, and reflect and improve education and teaching constantly. For the real need and problems in teaching, we should explore and research. What’s more, we should make plans of professional development and develop own Professionalism.Chinese primary and secondary schools attach importance to the teachers’teaching and researching activities, which obtains considerable development. However, it still has many problems, such as wrong attitudes, lack of teaching and researching knowledge and inadequate capacity on teaching and researching, and lack of practical research by professors. This thesis chooses a school in Yanji as respondent, using questionnaires method, interview method, observation method and documentary method to collect related materials. It includes the current situation of teaching and researching qualities and its developing situation in this school. According to the influence of ways of teaching and researching development, this thesis come up with some measures and suggestions on the basis of experiences on teaching and researching.This research summaries the connotation of teaching and researching qualities. It includes teaching and researching attitude, teaching and researching knowledge, teaching and researching capacity. At the same time, it analyzes how the ways of teaching and researching qualities influence the connotation of teaching and researching qualities. According to the scores,82.9% of the teachers give a non-positive evaluation, and 17.2% of the teachers give positive evaluation, which turns out that the present situation of the ways of teaching and researching qualities is not so good. At last, on the basis of the survey, this thesis analyzes and explores the reasons of existing problems:(1)The training of off-campus teaching and researching activities is not enough; (2) The school-based training is not professional; (3) The practices of teaching and researching activities are not standard; (4) The attitude of active learning is not positive. On the basis of experiences on teaching and researching at home, we come up with some measures and suggestions:(1) We should inspire primary school teachers’enthusiasm for the research by administration and encouragement; (2) We should cooperate with colleges and set up horizontal connection, which benefit to develop the level of teaching and researching of schools; (3) We should invite experts to guide the school-based training, build teaching and researching training groups in schools to explore normal subject research; (4) We should advocate key teachers to master small subject research individually and general teachers to take part in the subject research in the whole course; (5) We should carry out one-to-one training model imported by experts; (6) We should develop the teaching researchers’ attainment of teaching and researching.
