The new course reform requires teachers to center on students and they themselves act as facilitators. It emphasizes that the pass of knowledge and the train of abilities should be equally paid attention to, and instruction should center on students so as to encourage and excite their enthusiasm to the maximum and improve their abilities in perceiving and solving problems and their cooperative and creative spirits. And it helps them cultivate a scientific manner of seeking truth from the fact and lay a foundation to students’lifelong development, which puts forward new demands on teaching management. The model of teaching management based on the theory of "student-centered" and "teaching&learning in one"has made an extraordinary achievement in Donglu Middle School in Nanjing city. Due to differences of educational ecology in different time and space, it is a valuable research topic whether this model can be applied to other schools. Using the theoretical guidance of cognitive learning and constructive learning, this article aims to study on problems such as how to compile lecture manuscript, how to achieve guiding learning and how to improve teaching efficiency in high school chemistry lecture manuscript teaching management. By researching the school’s chemistry teaching model, it shows that lecture manuscript teaching has better promoting effect than traditional one. The article proposes some feasible localization strategies for the application of the teaching model, finally, a further reflection is made on effective classroom teaching of the compulsory module of high school chemistry of new curriculum criterion and how to create a happy and relaxed chemistry class atmosphere.
