Geography is an important subject of senior high school curriculum,in the middle school geography classroom teaching,the classroom management question has been the important aspect which affects the classroom teaching validity.This paper studies the problems of geography classroom management in senior middle school by means of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and lectures in Huizhou H Middle School geography teachers and students.The research in this paper is divided into introduction,parts 1 to 4 and the conclusion and prospect of the research.Introduction,on the basis of put forward the question,elaborated the research goal and the significance,research ideas and methods,and has carried on the summary to the domestic and foreign related classroom management research.Expounds the related theories,such as target management theory,effective management theory and classroom teaching theory.On the basis of the research theory,the first part analyzes the concepts of classroom management,effective classroom management and effective geography classroom management,and expounds the significance of high school geography classroom management to effective teaching.The second part of the paper is divided into senior middle school geography classroom Management status investigation,take Huizhou H Middle School as an example,clear the object of investigation,design a questionnaire,interview outline and attendance record,and the investigation of the implementation and investigation results are discussed.The third part of the paper is divided into senior high school geography classroom management problems and reasons,according to the results of the investigation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the middle school geography classroom management,and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fourth part of the thesis is the strategy research of the Senior Middle School geography classroom management,and on the basis of analyzing the influence factors of the senior middle School geography classroom management,The related strategies of geography classroom management in senior High school are put forward.The research conclusion and the research prospect,summarizes the research results of this paper and forecasts the further research work in the future.The main conclusions of this paper are: First,in the senior middle School geography classroom goal management,many teachers only pay attention to the knowledge goal achievement,to the student ability training and the emotion goal realization insufficient attention,in the classroom time management,the teacher and student interactive communication link occupies the time to be few,the student independent study occupies the time is few;In the classroom discipline management,without the combination of the characteristics of geographical discipline to develop a sound classroom rules and regulations,some teachers,although the rules of the classroom,but the implementation of the system is not enough attention to the management of classroom environment,many geography teachers do not pay attention to classroom environmental management,especially in the classroom psychological environment management almost without.The second is the cause of the problems in the middle school geography classroom management.The main problem is that some geography teachers lack classroom management consciousness and cognitive deviation of classroom management,teachers ' classroom teaching skill management level is not high;the classroom rules and regulations are not combined with the characteristics of geography,and the implementation of the system is not paid enough attention;neglecting classroom environment management and students ' psychology The main body of classroom management is unknown,the interaction between teachers and students is lack.Third,the factors that affect the effectiveness of geography classroom management in senior middle school are mainly teachers and students from the angle of subject and object of classroom teaching.The teachers ' factors include teachers ' classroom management ability,teaching level,professional quality and comprehensive quality,etc,which include students ' self-discipline ability,academic achievement,personality characteristics and psychological quality.Four is proposed the senior middle School Geography classroom management strategy,including the classroom goal management strategy,the classroom time management strategy,the classroom Discipline management strategy,the classroom Environment management strategy as well as the classroom emotion management strategy.
