Meishan Secondary Vocational Schools, The Teachers Troop Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

With the development of economy of the society,Labours of high quality are in a great demand increasingly.Secondary Vocational schools undertake an important task of training a large number of special men for profession and labours of high quality for socialist modernization.The teacher is crucial and essential to the development of Secondary Vocational education.In order to improve the teaching quality,the key is to build a teacher team which can fit in with the needs of the society.In recent years,the research into the construction of a teacher team on Secondary vocational education has made some achievement.But it has never involved the problem about the present situation on construction of Secondary Vocational teacher team in Meishan City.Concerning this problem the author has an intewiew with MeishanEducation Bureau and made an pointed investigation into six secondary vocational schools in view of the existing situation.And the author discovered that the existing situation couldn’t fit in with the needs of reform and development in21th Century,which would restrict the development and reform in Meishan ocational education.Meanwhile,the author pondered the problem discovered in the investigation and raised cowesponding countermeasures which is for reference for the staff and researchers related to Meishan Vocational education.
