The development of every school is inseparable from the teacher, teacher resources is the school’s wealth. The secondary vocational education is to cultivate professional talents in the main types of education, specialization is the characteristic. The number of courses, the quality of teachers has a direct impact on the professional teaching, professional construction, sustainable, development and influence of the school. Therefore, professional teachers resources is the core strength in vocational school, to make the construction of professional teachers is the urgent, important task of the development of vocational education, vocational education and Vocational Institutions--for rural vocational education center, how the status of professional teachers? How the development of school? With extraordinary influence in the social reality of the background of the current professional talent shortage in the next. So this paper based on the secondary vocational education in this type of education from the macro, micro positioning in recent years increasingly attention to rural education, vocational education center, object of study for the professional teachers, research problem for the construction of professional teachers.This article uses the literature method, survey method (questionnaire, interview); comparative analysis to study the construction of center of professional teachers of county-level vocational education, the study includes six parts. The first part is the preface, including background, problems, value, significance and related literature review; interpretation of part of the theory of second, including the theory of human resource allocation theory and teacher professional development, and summarize the vocational teachers team construction policy basis; investigation and analysis of the third part of county vocational education status of professional teachers, including analysis of the development status of the investigation and the data of four vocational education centers; the fourth part of the problem, including analysis, comparison of teachers team construction professional courses in schools all aspects of the problem statement field research; attribution analysis of the fifth parts, including the construction of direct or indirect influence factors of county-level vocational education center of professional teachers, the analysis of; the sixth part put forward corresponding countermeasures, including the upgrading of benign development strategy of professional teachers from the aspects of policy, system construction, professional construction, quantity, structure, ability.
