Time is the existence of ideological and political education, basic formsof ideological and political education and activities, as well as importantresources of ideological and political education. Consideration and time tograsp the ideological and political education of the time factor, utilization,and to some extent, determine the effectiveness of ideological and politicaleducation. The time of ideological and political education should become animportant area of research in ideological and political education.The time of ideological and political education is the concentrated reflectionof the process of ideological and political education in sustainability andcontinuation of the order. That the process has a process or long or short,and each other there has successively with the nature of physical and mentaldevelopment of ideological and the time of ideological and politicaleducation links, particular emphasis on the time spent by educators in thepractice of ideological and political education. It mainly includes time limits,timing, time point, time sequence, effectiveness for time, and otherimportant aspects. In addition,the timing of the ideological and politicaleducation and its subjectdevelopment is a realistic basis on the the study ofthe time of ideological and political education.In the practice of ideological and political education at present,regardless of educational preparation, the process of education oreducational evaluation phase, there are many problems in the grasp and useof time, such as education inadequate quality of time, inappropriate choiceof start point, the time utilization is not high and frequency, rhythm, timesequence, timing, the lack of an effective grasp of educational evaluationignored the time factor and other issues. Therefore, in the process ofideological and political education of the need to improve the understandingand use of time from the following arts:establish a time-effective and timemanagement concept of the ideological and political education; accurateidentification, capture and creation of educational opportunity; optimize the structure of the time in ideological and political education and timesequence; effective control of density and rhythm of time inideological andpolitical education; increase the timeliness indicators in the assessment ofthe ideological and political education and make the appropriate choice ofevaluation time.
