Objective: This paper is mainly to rat on a week-long weightloading swimming training in the sugar aerobic powering conditions. It is mainlyresearching the recovery of rat heart law after training within72hours in the doublecycle load movement. Through the heart physiological and biochemical indexes tostudy the change of the heart in the sports load stimulation and the heart recoverydegree. Because the recovery of the week outside and internal organs is not synchrony,therefore, providing a basis to research the change of the index of the heart which it isone of the internal organs, and to find out the interval of the excess resume and improvethe athlete’s body function and sports results.Methods: The number of adult male SD rats is132and feed them adaptability. Therat randomly divided into blank control group (M, number=6)、Single cycle traininggroup(S1, number=6),double cycle training group (S2, n=42), three periodic traininggroup (S3, n=42).The rats conduct swimming training on a week-long adaptabilityaccording to the way of increasing load (from3%to6%load weight). According to theswimming model of sugar can aerobic give priority to train. After training we drawmaterials in accordance with the prescribed time. The part of the muscle tissue wasmade well grout to see the changes of the index: CK, SOD, SDH and AST. Theorganization of left heart part were put into the more neutral together formaldehydesolution which percentage is four to fixed, paraffin, for HE dyed,use light withobservations.Results:1. Compared with blank group (group M), after sports, the single cycletraining group had basically returned to quiet level in24to48hours. It have excessresume trend and it has no significant differences.2. Compared with blank group(group M), after sports the CK of double cycle training group rise activity significant in48-60hours (P<0.01), the activity of SOD decline significant, the activity of ASTdecline significant (P<0.05), SDH activity increased significantly (P<0.05).3.Compared with blank group (group M), after sports the CK activity of three cycletraining group appear significantly lower in36hours (P <0.01),SOD activity risesignificant in the48hours (P <0.01), SDH activity decrease significant in36hours (P <0.01) and all get to the quiet level in72hours.Conclusion:1.The SOD, CK, SDH, AST index of single cycle training grouphave basically restored to the original level in24to48hours after training, the SOD,SDH index appears excess resume phenomenon in12hours of time and excess resumephenomenon is not very obvious.2. The rats of double cycle training group arebasically all back to its original level between48and60hours after training and appear excess resume phenomenon, significant differences.3. Each index of three periodictraining group rats basically restored to the original level after training in72hours, andSDH, CK index is not restored to the original level in72hours。Point Out: this kind ofphenomenon maybe that exercise intensity is too much the capacity of removing oxygenfree radical of the myocardial tissue cells decline and cause cardiac muscle celloxidative damage. The reducing of oxidation resistance against the body of recoveryand the next cycle sports training arrangement.
