Objective: In sports practice,excessive fatigue is caused by the overload of exercise training,which exceeds the capacity of the body,leading to the pathological state of multiple organ dysfunction.Therefore,in the case of excessive fatigue,it is necessary to timely adjust the exercise mode and timely rest,so as to prevent the injury caused by excessive fatigue.The liver is one of the important organs of human body,its morphological structure and function change will affect the body's athletic ability,the liver has the important position that cannot be ignored in the exercise training.This study intends to under sugar aerobic powered were studied by swimming movement caused by the fatigue strength condition continuous changes of shape and structure of weight loading swimming rat liver cells,Bax,Bcl-2 the dynamic change of protein expression,is to explore the body is caused by continuous training function in the process of the superposition of negative regulatory mechanism of the body of the apoptosis of liver function,and try to look for to prevent the excessive training of athletes and scientific and reasonable training cycle.Methods: The number of adult male SD rats is 120 and feed them adaptability.The rat randomly divided into blank control group(N,number=7),the rest swim adaptively for a week.In the beginning of second week,7 rats were randomly selected as the blank control group(S).The third week of the great physiological load of exercise aerobic swimming training,training exercise for 60 hours per period,and in every 120 hours,random executed immediately 7 rats and drawn down into experimental group(A,B,C,D,E...Group)until all the rats were taken.Results: 1.When the rats were swimming 120*8 hours(H group),the three liver function indexes all showed the inflection point in their respective changes,and T-AOC and SOD level were first promoted and then decreased,and the MDA level first decreased and then rose.2.During the load swimming process,the inflection point of ATPase level during the whole process appeared in the 120*6 hours(F group),and then decreased after ascending.The cells were arranged loosely and damaged such as membrane dissolution.3.The rats in the process of load swimming,the Bcl-2 expression in 120 *9 hours(group I)ago,after the first drop,in 120 *9 hours(group I)reached a peak when he is close to blank control group N group index level,in this phase,decreased expression serious;Bax expression gradually increase,in 120 *9 hours(group I)earlier,at first and lowered later in 120 *9 hours(group I)at a lowest value is close to blank control group N group index level,phase,when the index rising steadily.Conclusion: 1.The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in the liver tissues of rat liver tissues was the best after 120*9 hours.2.The optimal time point for recovery of liver function in this exercise model is 120*8 hours to 120*9 hours.3.The decrease fatigue of the liver tissue recovery of rats in the continuous loading swimming process under the condition of sugar aerobic power supply was superposed,and the damage of liver tissue increased after 120*9 hours.
