Objective: This paper is mainly to rat on a week-long weight loading swimming training in the sugar aerobic powering conditions.Adaptive swimming in the first week,make a model swim in the second week,and continuous weight-bearing swimming in the third week.The study of renal function in rats immediately after 60*2*n(n=1~12)hours of training in the third week.Study on the effect of continuous weight-bearing exercise on kidney through the change of renal function index—Cr,SOD,MAD,BUN,and to find out the interval of the excess resume and improve the athlete’s body function and sports results.Methods: The number of adult male SD rats is 120 and feed them adaptability.The rat randomly divided into blank control group(N,number=7),the rest swim adaptively for a week.In the beginning of second week,7 rats were randomly selected as the blank control group(S).In the third week,7 rats were killed at random every 120 hours in aerobic swimming training with large amount of exercise.The part of the nephridium tissue was made well grout to see the changes of the index: Cr,SOD,MDA and BUN.The organization of nephridium part were put into the more neutral together formaldehyde solution which percentage is three to fixed,paraffin,for HE dyed,use light with observations.Results: 1.The SOD index and the MDA index changed slightly,but basically maintained at the normal level before exercise.There was no significant difference.2.The Cr Bun index decreased first and then went up at 60*2*8 hours,while the rats were at 60*2*8 hours of continuous swimming training under heavy load.After exercise,the expression of Bcl-2 decreased slightly,but the change was not obvious.After the exercise,the expression of Bax increased gradually,and after 60*2*8 hours,the increase was not obvious.After this time phase,the expression increased significantly,the renal tissue cell structure also took 60*2*8h phase as the dividing point,before,the cell arrangement structure and the intercellular space did not change much,but after this time phase,the intercellular space increased significantly.The cells were arranged loosely and damaged such as membrane dissolution.Conclusion: 1.The SOD index and the MDA index changed slightly,but there was no significant difference.2.The Cr Bun index decreased first and then went up at 60*2*8 hours.3.After 60*2*8 hours phase,the expression of Bcl-2 decreased significantly,the expression of Bax increased significantly.4.The best time point for renal function recovery in this exercise model is about 60*2*8 hours.
