Conclusions are as follows:1The core area of strength training can improve the athlete proprioception. Static and dynamic exercises of core strength training to improve the intervention of the proprioceptive sense of body movement, high jumpers in the exercise, the more accurate control of the joints and muscles, to ensure the accuracy of movement and posture, helps athletes jump, play, and promote the improvement of the athletes high jump technique.2The core area of strength training for the precise control of the force. The direction of the development of high jumpers hip before the group of muscles and thigh muscles, core strength training can judge athletes muscle force by virtue of the Swiss ball trajectory to help athletes to improve muscle force magnitude and direction control.3Improvement of core muscle strength can guarantee high jumper to control body weight, and keep the body balanced and improve the effect of take-off phase of the force transfer, to improve the ability of athletes to the nerves that control muscles, prevention of sport injury.
