With the expanded enrollment of colleges and universities in China, the number ofthe graduates has witnessed a dramatic growth. The policy of expansion has not onlypromoted the national diathesis but also induce great pressure on students in colleges anduniversities. If they don’t adjust themselves well and are lack of proper guidance at thesame time when facing the pressure of employment they may have some psychologicalproblems.Te article concerns the common psychology problems of employment amongstudents nowadays and tries to find the reasons for the phenomenon by analyzingmaterial cases. The emerge of such problems dose not contribute to the individualstudents, but is the consequence of the employment policy, the guidance of college anduniversity and the orientation of public opinion, which all press on them. Therefore, themethods to avoid the problems can be summarized as follows: first and foremost,students should consummate their view of the employment and build up a right concepttowards the world, life and value. What’s more, the colleges and universities shouldinnovate actively on the settlement of the specify based on the demand of the market,cultivate the all-round intellectuals that the society needs and provide some tutorshipfocusing on the building a healthy mood. Last but not least, the government shouldestablish some related policy to help graduates seek for jobs and enhance the control ofthe employment market to ensure the balance between the support and demand of jobs.Though the previous ways we want to make sure the graduates can step into their careeras soon as possible and forms a serious of solutions to the psychological problems.
