Competition among enterprises finally is the competition of talents, talent is themost active factor in the production activities. High-skilled talents can improveproduction efficiency, accelerate the introduction of high-tech, and improve the ability ofenterprises to innovate and product quality. In response to “Turn Beijing into aninternational metropolis in2020", various regions of Beijing are making efforts to useexisting regional advantages, vigorously develop their own special industries, to build astrong economic functional areas, to promote industrial upgrading in the region. Theoptimization and upgrading of the industry will certainly need technology innovation, thequality of the workforce in the production line requires more. How to use the existingresources to improve the training of highly skilled personnel, to match Beijing scienceand technology, is a major project in the rapid development.In this paper, I use literature research, interviews and comparative study,analyzeBeijing industry conditions and trends as well as the condition of skilled personnel, findthe problems in structural distribution and explore the reason for it, learn from the foreignskilled personnel training model and experience, take the industry-oriented,region-oriented, capacity-oriented principle to accelerate the process of Beijing’shigh-skilled personnel training from the three levels of the state, enterprises, vocationalschools.
