Problems And Countermeasures Of The Highly Skilled Talents Training And Development Of Crystal Processing Industry In Donghai

Nowadays,globalization is pervading every corner of the world with fierce competition of all nations.The competition is spreading from economy and politics to science and technology and talent areas,but to utmost,high quality and highly skilled talents is the focus of the competition.It is highly significant to employment and economic growth by overall improvement of labor forces,increase of innovative talents,rebalance of labor structure and enlargement of employment channel.Under the innovation-driven,talent reinforcing strtategy of Donghai County,it is very important to cultivate the highly skilled talent that is basis and gurantee for the sustainable development of crystal industry here.The paper is a case study of crystal industry in Donghai County with data collection,employment interviews and questionnaires to analyze the status quo and influence elements of highly skilled talents in Donghai County and finds some restraints of cultivation of highly skilled talent.The paper also summarizes successful practice of such developed countries and regions as Germany,UK and Hongkong.By comparison,the paper finds though rapid progress in system environment,talent scale,personnel structure and cultivation quality has been made in Donghai County,problems still exist in market disorder,backwardness of educational mode,misuse of finance.Lastly,the paper tries to make suggestions for cultivation of highly skilled talent in Donghai County from three aspects:governments transform the management mode,colleges reform cultivation mode,businesses improve system.
