Teachers'professional development plays an important role in society, education, and teachers themselves. Reflection is one of particular ways to promote teachers' professional development, however, during teachers self-evaluating, the results of evaluation are always inaccurate because of both objective conditions and subjective factors. It will make an influence on the effect of reflection. On account of its objectivity and easy operating, FIAS becomes one of the effective tools to help teachers make self-reflection evaluation. However, with the development of the society, present classes are very different from the original design of FIAS. The original coding system is already unsuitable to present needs, so it is time to change.Combining the characteristics of Chinese course in high school and the new standard of Chinese curriculum requirements, this essay makes an improvement of the original coding system, and then makes a comparison of them. Through the comparison, we can find the deficiency of each of them, and then find a new way to improve Chinese teachers' professional development.
