With the increasing popularity of computer and the Internet, network languageis produced.Senior high school students, as the main force among netizens, areinevitably influenced by network language At present, it is widely believed thatnetwork language has already brought a tremendous impact on senior school students’language learning,which should surely arouse people’s attention.This thesis,beginningfrom the question of the network language impact on senior school students inHeyuan, a place where the economic development is relatively backward,leads to ahigh school students’ investigation of the present situation of network language use inthis city.This thesis randomly surveyed509students in12high schools in Heyuan. Thefollowing six aspects including the ways of knowing the network language andInternet connection、the recognition to network language、the off-line use of networklanguange、the understanding of used network language、the acceptance of thenetwork language and the reasons for using network language were investigated andanalyzed.According to the result of the survey,the poisitive and negative influencesthat the network language brings to the learning of formal languages are furtherdiscussed and therefore,combined with Chinese teaching, some teachingcountermeasures are put forward such as giving lectures on network languageknowledge to understand network language properly,strengthening the basicknowledge learning to improve the ability to use language;enhancing the aestheticeducation in Chinese to develop students’aesthetic taste and carrying out thepsychological health education for high school students to shape the sound personality...
