With the introduction of the teacher training outlines and opinions, primary andsecondary teacher training is also increasing concern. Kinds of primary and secondaryteacher training were straight up-trend growth, provinces focus on primary andsecondary school teachers training programs also have their own characteristics, thisalso led to the traditional teacher training mode can no longer meet the primary andmiddle school teachers. In order to satisfy the present situation, overcome all sorts ofrestriction factors of primary and secondary school teachers training, it is necessary tobuild an innovative Short-time Concentrated Teacher-training Service Support Systemfor Middle School and Primary School Teachers.In this paper, through the literature analysis, survey method, case study methodto understand the teachers’ needs and the current situation of ConcentratedTeacher-training, based on this, analyze the reasons which did not get a good trainingeffect, to build a new and systematic Short-time Concentrated Teacher-trainingService Support System for Middle School and Primary School Teachers. And theService Support System applied in practice. Finally, through evaluation and feedbackof teachers, proposing a solution, and improving the system in practice.Focus of this study is that, according of the analysis data of the ConcentratedTeacher-training, the problems of current training need to be resolved, and theperformance evaluation index systems of the Concentrated Teacher-training, design anews Concentrated Teacher-training Service Support System for Middle School andPrimary School Teachers. The service support system consists of four sub-systems:training environment system, teaching quality system, management and servicesystem, and protection system. Among, training environment system consists oftraining places and infrastructure; teaching quality system consists of teaching teams,training contents, training modes and teaching resources; management and servicesystem consists of management agencies and management services; protection systemconsists of training cultural, training mechanisms, training systems and trainingevaluation.
