“Training plan” is an important initiative of the Ministry of Education tostrengthen the construction of primary and secondary teachers, and improve theoverall quality of teachers in primary and secondary schools to promote educationalequity and balanced development of compulsory. To effectively improve the primaryand secondary school teachers training effect, This paper draw on the advancedconcepts of performance technique, based on our educational practice, and analyzedapplication status of the existing support system of remote training services.According to the Questionnaire survey data, this paper summarized the problems andshortcomings of the remote training service support system, identified the gapbetween the training effect with the expected effectiveness of training, and designedthe distance training of teachers to support the service system. Relying on the nationaltraining plan of distance training project of teachers in rural areas in Jiangxi Province,The research put the service system into implementation as the basis, collect feedbackdata, analyze performance, continuously improve the training of service supportsystem, strive to meet the training needs of teachers, and use the advanced networkadvantages to achieve training sustainable development.This paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter1Introduces the research background as well as the definition ofrelated concepts.Chapter2Introduces the related theory and the revelation of the related theory.Chapter3Analysis of the application status of the2010national training plansof remote training support service system in rural areas in Jiangxi Province, andthrough questionnaires, interviews and other means to analyze the training needs ofteachers.Chapter4According to Data processing and performance analysis, to the pointof view of performance technology,this research analyzed the current trainingeffectiveness and training effects of teacher expectations, identified the performancegaps, and analyzed the causes,then designed the training support service system.Chapter5The training system designed was operated into the2011nationaltraining plan of backbone teachers training programs in Jiangxi rural, then collectedfeedback data, analyzed performance again,made a summary and reflection for the training support system, and improved to provide a reference for the next round oftraining of teachers in remote.
