Objective: Chinese national football team has taken six altitude trainings and four plaintrainings during June2010to August2011, each training lasted15days. Two of the sixaltitude trainings were taken at a relatively high altitude area for a48-hour adaptivetraining, then back to a relatively low altitude area of training. This research studies theadaption of excellent male football players’ physical condition in three differentenvironmental training mode, so that we can find the variation of the physical condition ofthe outstanding men’s soccer players in different environmental training mode, and find ourfootball players training and competition environment for the training mode.Research Methods: Chinese national football team has15athletes, preparing for the2014Brazil World Cup qualifier. They have been taken as the research object trackingcomparison study for a period of one year. Under three different environmental trainingmode, the outstanding men’s soccer players’ early morning pulse, oxygen saturation, nervous index, reaction time test data four indicators, and found the environment suitablefor training and competition of the football player training mode.Findings and conclusions:1. An excellent men’s soccer athlete training in the high fitness of high trainingenvironment mode, can be seen through the morning testing of athletes pulse and oxygensaturation changes, the adaptability of the bodily functions from the fourth day of basictraining after reaches a steady state.2. Outstanding men’s soccer athletes training in high altitude environment mode and plainsenvironment mode, can be seen through the morning testing of athletes pulse and oxygensaturation changes, the adaptability of the bodily functions from training after the sixth daybasically reached steady state.3. Index and the response of the three outstanding men’s soccer athletes training in the highfitness and high training environment mode measured its nervous when the data reaches asteady state after the fourth day in training. Highland environment model and plainsenvironment mode, measured its nervous tension index and the reaction time data failed toreach a steady state after the fourth day in training.4The mode of high fitness and high training environment more conducive to footballathletes and coaches, altitude training and preparing athletes to achieve a relatively stablein the fourth day of physical condition, able to quickly adapt to the high-intensity trainingprogram.5. High fitness training of high-training environment suitable for a week of short-termtraining athletes in the training after the fourth day of the adaptability of the physicalcondition basically stable.6. Outstanding men’s soccer players training in the same high plateau environment modephysical condition adaptability to the plateau environment, is slower, anti-hypoxia poor.
