International basketball experience and the history of sports development in China to prove my basketball must further open the door into the development trend of international basketball. Strengthening of the National Basketball Exchange to promote basketball real integration, and promote the improvement of the overall level of world basketball. In other words the development of basketball in the world, is a continuous process of internationalization. to learn the advanced experience to draw on the teams can make a difference breakthrough. Currently, the association also made in the reform and development of large open goals,"internationalization, specialization, standardization workpolicy," this will play a guilding role that CBA toward internationalization development.The CBA has gone through17years of development history, at first quarterfinals match a decade to further deepen reform, promote the launching of the professional stage. the growth of CBA development course is a "internationalization" constitution. This paper by using the method of literature, Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (ahp), comparison of international development history and strategy of CBA launched research. The cause of development of the internationalization of CBA, feasibility, advantage and opportunities and its disadvantages and threats are analyzed. In the review of the development process of CBA again at the same time the CBA internationalization on the analysis of the present situation and development of international with horizontal NBA were compared. Finally, put forward the CBA international development need reform perfect six main aspects (namely implement the international development of the content and implement the international development of the eight strategy.In the review of the development process of CBA based on the content of the CBA international development the refinement, puts forward the CBA international development in six aspects namely:cultural、market、talent exchange、the management operation、sponsors utilizing、network media development internationalization. And to implement good international development, gradually to the direction need to contest the quality as the core product extension, service for the concept of consumption fans to TV media, mainly of multi-channel publicity, to market operating mechanism of the management, to lasting customer relationship cooperative, in order to win favor investment, the sponsors to perfect the laws, regulations and the security, system of emotional marketing for the purpose of eight strategy.Finally, this paper main conclusions as follows:Ⅰ. The CBA international will be the country’s inevitable outcome of the development of basketball, conform to the world basketball trend, is a gradual process and the development of the unity of the results.Ⅱ. The CBA in more than10years development in body reveals the international development of the characteristic, displays in the output of the players and the introduction, composition of the team coach, composite and related events on the exchange every season and reflects the international development of major events.Ⅲ. The CBA and NBA international comparison:CBA player is limited, the star player supply propaganda and perfect player the slow, events and activities of narrow face less foreign sponsors, promote development.Ⅳ. The CBA1implement the international development mainly is perfect, and reform the international content mainly includes league culture, market operation, and the talent communication, league management mechanism, the sponsors, league of development and utilization of the network media six aspects.Ⅴ. The CBA international development of the main strategy Including to contest the quality as the core product extension, service for the concept of consumption fans to TV media st, mainly of multi-channel publicity, to market operating mechanism of the management, to customer relationship lasting partnership, in order to win favor investment, the sponsors to perfect the laws, regulations and the security, system of emotional marketing for the purpose of selling the eight strategy.
