| With the trend of world economic globalization,many game enterprises in China turn their eyes from the domestic market to the overseas market.As the domestic game market competition is increasing fiercely,the profit margins have been significantly reduced.To continually grow,the road of international development has become a strategic issue that needs to consider in the next step of game enterprises.Currently,several leading domestic game enterprises have achieved a considerable scale of international development.Game companies that attempt to step up to the overseas market are increasing in number.For small and medium-sized game enterprises,how to survive and grow in the global market has become an important research direction.In this paper,the case we studied is R company,a small and medium-sized game company founded in 2013.After several years of development,its scale and comprehensive strength continue to improve;with rich marketing resources and industry-leading operation talents,its international development has begun to take shape.By analyzing the game market environment at home and abroad,this paper,based on R company’s ability and resources,puts forward relevant strategic ideas and makes the corresponding choice and implementation of its internationalization strategy.This research take R company as a case,through the study of its internationalization strategy,summed up some suitable for the characteristics of small and medium-sized game enterprises internationalization development strategy,and from three aspects of product research and development strategy,target market,market entry mode to make the corresponding strategic choice and implementation.This research is expected to provide reference for the internationalization development strategy of small and medium-sized game enterprises through the analysis and study of R company’s internationalization strategy. |
