With the continuous development of new technologies, information technology(IT) plays an important role to support education and teaching. New education reformaccordingly put forward higher requirements for junior high school language teaching.Blog, as a new type network communication tool, its emergence and developmentprovide a better development platform for the combination of information technologyand language teaching. The new curriculum requirements, the advantages of the blog,a simple technical support, as well as many successful teaching experience for theapplication of blog, so that we see the necessity and feasibility of blog used in juniorhigh school Chinese language teaching.This study is focus on the investigation of current application of the blog injunior high school Chinese language teaching, analyzing the related causes ofemerging issues and trying to make some problem-solving strategies, in order tobetter the blog application in junior high school Chinese language teaching and givefull play to the blog as the role of junior high school language teaching aids andcommunication platform to promote the personal development of Chinese languageteachers and students’ active learning, continuously improve the efficiency of thejunior high school Chinese language teaching.This thesis is composed of five parts:PartⅠ: Introduction. Described the background and significance of the study, thecontent, methods and ideas of the study, and combed the domestic and foreign-relatedresearch.PartⅡ: The summary and the theoretical basis of the blog. It mainly states theconcept of the blog, the blog in Chinese history, characteristics and classification ofthe blog, as well as the applied classification of domestic blog in education andteaching. It introduces the related theoretical basis of the blog applied in the juniorhigh school Chinese language teaching, i.e. the constructivist learning theory,humanistic learning theory, information technology and curriculum integration theory,reflective teaching theory and learning community theory, then analysised thesetheories combined with the characteristics of blog,and find out the combining site.PartⅢ: The survey analysis of the blog applied in the junior high school Chinese language teaching. Through specially designed questionnaire to investigate andanalyze the blog application of Chinese teachers, students and classes successively,then select some cases to be rendered as the supplement and confirmation of thediscussed contents.PartⅣ: The problems, causes and resolution strategy of the blog applied in thejunior high school Chinese language teaching. Through the analysis of the third partof the questionnaire, we can find problems of the blog applied in the junior highschool language teaching. Such as few people use the blog, regional differences,inefficiently applied in the junior high school Chinese language teaching, the bloguser can not insist on the use and updates, etc. Then analyze causes of the existence ofproblems and try to put forward some strategies to solve these problems, so that theblog can be better applied to the junior high school language teaching.PartⅤ: Conclusion.
