In recent years, due to the accelerated pace of social transformation and modernization,people’s lifestyles, ways of thinking, behavior changed dramatically. High school students livingin this time of change, its ideas, values and behavior are bound to engrave the imprint of the times.This period, family education is gradually weakening, the only child is more and more, somestudents have a variety of different levels of psychological problems such as depression, lowself-esteem, withdrawal, sensitivity. Adolescence is the second turning point of concern tostrengthen the mental health of this period to help them establish a positive, progressive, healthyoutlook on life and values have important implications for their growth. In this thesis, startingfrom the students’ mental status, and school social work perspective of how to optimize thelearning environment of high school students, to prevent high school students may bepsychological problems, the promotion of high school students a comprehensive and healthydevelopment.This thesis is divided into five parts, the first part of the Introduction introduces theresearch background and origin, research, significance of the study and literature review; secondpart of the study design introduced paper ideas, research methods and theoretical basis; third partwe introduce the L City Y County high school students ’psychological status quo; fourth part forthe students’ psychological status quo measures to resolve the outstanding psychological problemsfrom the perspective of social work; fifth section summarizes the article discuss innovation andshort-comings.School social work from the perspective of students,to start from the understanding of thestudents, encouraging students to help students, which helps the student-oriented, from students tothe specific characteristics of adolescence, an effective solution to a range of issues faced bystudents, and ultimately reach human nature the purpose of education.
