Study On The Entrepreneurship Education Of Science And Engineering University Under The Background Of Entrepreneurial Economy

Along with the rise of global entrepreneurial activity, entrepreneurial economybased on small and medium-sized start-ups, has gradually become the main drivingforce of economic development. The development of the entrepreneurial economyneeds more complex talent with the quality of the entrepreneurs, especially inhigh-tech fields and emerging services, the entrepreneurial talents of science andengineering background is necessary. It’s meaningful to study the science andengineering enterprise education in the context of an entrepreneurial economy, whichcan build an innovative country, promote economic development and ease theemployment pressure.The paper combines the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, the statusquo of domestic science and engineering enterprise education are summarized throughcomparative analysis, content analysis and time series forecasting methods. Thenenterprise education system is constructed based on the result of analysis.First, construct a theoretical frame of the relationship between entrepreneurialeconomy and entrepreneurship education by studying theories on entrepreneurialeconomy and entrepreneurship education abroad. Second, compare with the enterpriseeducation at home and abroad, macro summarize the problems of domesticenterprise education: lack of a clear concept of entrepreneurship education, there is noformation of multi-level entrepreneurial education system, a favorable entrepreneurialenvironment has not formed. Third, take Tianjin and Shanghai as an example, analysisthe entrepreneurship education of science and engineering university in the two cities.We find that there are some differences in entrepreneurial base construction, venturefund support and business resource utilization. Fourth, use ARIMA model and grayprediction model to predict the demand of Tianjin entrepreneurial talent in the nextfive years, provide the basis for enterprise education; Finally, according to theresults of theoretical and empirical research, we put forward the strategy of buildentrepreneurship education from the education vision, the path selection and policyguarantees.
