This paper about the ideological and political course teaching effectivenessresearch is under the guidance of the new curriculum rationale of“promoting thedevelopment of every student”. Based on the high school ideological and politicalcourse practice,through survey, observation, analysis and reflection,the authormanaged to find factors leading to the inefficiency of ideological and political course.Through the practices and researches,the author strives to enhance the consensustowards effective teaching of high school politics teachers and to arouse the awarenessof effective teaching which teachers should take into practice so as to improve theteaching efficiency of ideological and political course in high school. As a high schoolideological and political teacher,the author composed this paper with a full concern ofrequirements of the course while focusing on the enhancement of effectiveness.First of all, this article through to the ideological and political teaching research,combinng with the concrete teaching practice,and carry out the validity of the study, itspurpose is to solve the current middle school ideological and political education ofempty status. According to the Wanzhou No.3middle school as the example, to theMinistry of education ’s new curriculum requirements as the starting point, combinedwith ordinary middle school general requirements from the nature of the curriculum,curriculum, teaching content as the experimental object, study, in this way for a new eraof middle school ideological and Political Education to provide practical requirements.Secondly, in view of existing problems are common in ordinary high school.Therefore, this article from the high school ideological and political teachingeffectiveness of meaning, content and evaluation system of practice and research,through defining the high school ideological and political teaching effectiveness ofmeaning, for the high school politics classroom teaching provides a theoretical guide. Atthe same time, the high school ideological and political teaching effectiveness ofcontent which lead to high school ideological and political teaching effectivenessevaluation system, in order to further implement high school ideological and politicaltheory course set up normative evaluation measures, be helpful for further reform.In additional, through a lot of practice, in particular the use of secondary school teachers to attend each other, mutual evaluation of teaching way, in order to masterthe high school ideological and political class teaching present situation and the lack ofeffectiveness of specific performance, obtained a teaching data. Through my highschool ideological and political teaching status comparison and research, in view of ourhigh school ideological and political teaching effectiveness lack of performance, tosurvey and research.Finally, through a lot of practices and investigations, based on the enhancement ofIdeological and political high school classroom teaching effectiveness strategy totransform the high school ideological and political teaching ideas, actively promote thepolitical qualities of teachers. In practice, this paper argues that, high school ideologicaland political teaching requires teachers in preparing lessons elaborately under thepremise of individual features, lessons and combining collective unity lessons, takebenefit by mutual discussion, force fine " guiding case" for the foundation, formed topromote students’ effective preview optimized teaching process teaching, class, discussthe teaching mode, the final formation multilateral interaction teaching mode of thecourse evaluation system, so as to arouse students’ enthusiasm and participation.
