The key of the new curriculum reform is the effectiveness of classroom teaching,ideological and political class teaching effectiveness refers to under the premise of following the law of teaching activities, to get good teaching effect with less investment, improve the classroom efficiency, achieve the expected teaching targets,implement the student’s progress and development. After six years of the new curriculum reform, in xinjiang, on the whole, to improve the classroom efficiency significantly, but due to factors such as geographical environment, economic and cultural differences, there are big differences between fields(new curriculum reform,especially the author teaches school high school politics classroom teaching is inefficient. This article will aksu area high school politics classroom teaching as the research object, from the following several aspects:First, the theoretical research on the effectiveness of classroom teaching itself and the general situation, comb at home and abroad in recent years, many scholars about the effectiveness of classroom teaching and its related problems of theoretical perspectives, on this basis, combining with the nature of the thought political lesson and task, clarify the connotation and features of ideological and political class teaching effectiveness, and by the meaning of ideological and political class teaching effectiveness.Secondly, on the basis of theoretical research, in the context of new curriculum reform, through the way of questionnaire and classroom observation, combined with the author in the aksu region three years of teaching practice, based on the status quo of the high school politics classroom teaching effectiveness in aksu, has affirmed the aksu region of ideological and political class teaching on the basis of the achievements of summary analysis of the problems existing in the ideological and political class teaching effectiveness, namely the teaching target is not clear, lack of correlation problem set, the classroom efficiency is not high, such as teaching language ambiguity problem. And analyzes the reasons of the existence of these problems, namely, teachers’ teaching idea transformation does not reach the designated position, lack of teachers’ professional attainment and less than optimal,teaching design, teaching resources, fully enough, and so on.Finally, based on the analysis of the classroom teaching effectiveness and the effectiveness of ideological and political class teaching of relevant theories, the current problems existing in the ideological and political class teaching effectivenessand its reason, by using the method of theory with practice and combining the related research literature, puts forward improving the effectiveness of ideological and political class teaching and feasible strategy, or update the ideological and political teachers’ teaching ideas, improve political teachers’ professional quality, focus on optimizing the ideological and political class teaching, effective development of teaching resources, eventually improve the effectiveness of ideological and political class teaching, hope for the future of the ideological and political teaching research to provide some valuable reference advice.
