The teacher's teaching behavior is the substantial action that embodies the teaching thought and the teaching decision,and implements the teaching strategy and method.Whether the teacher's teaching behavior is effective or not is directly related to the efficiency and the efficiency of the students' learning,which is directly related to the quality of teaching and the actual value of personnel training,which is the key to the success of teaching.Therefore,in order to implement the new curriculum reform ideas and the goal of curriculum reform,it is necessary to understand the teaching behavior of teachers,improve teaching behavior and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to enhance its effectiveness.The first chapter mainly uses the questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the current situation of high school ideological and political teachers' teaching behavior.This paper from the six dimensions of teaching model,questioning behavior,feedback behavior,motivation behavior,nonverbal behavior and management behavior,investigates the present situation of the classroom teaching behavior of the high school ideological and political teachers,so as to find out the current high school ideological and political class teachers in the classroom teaching behavior of low performance.The second chapter is mainly for the high school ideological and political teachers teaching behavior problems,and analysis of the causes.This paper analyzes the influence of the two factors of the subconscious and the external factors on the teacher's classroom teaching in the following six aspects,the purpose is to present the reasons for the low performance in the teaching behavior of the ideological and political course in senior high school.The third chapter puts forward the strategies to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political teaching in high school.From the main teaching behavior,auxiliary teaching behavior and classroom management behavior,the author puts forward the specific optimization measures for the six aspects of dialogue behavior,motivation behavior and management behavior.
