Based on the concept, structure, assessment scales and the current researchsituation about yuarn-feng belief, mental health, job performance, this study revisedthe three scales in the light of our cultural background and made a preliminaryinvestigation into primary school teacher’ yuarn-feng belief, mental health, jobperformance. Survey data were processed SPSS11.5and AMOS7.0, mainly for thefactor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, variance analysis,regression analysis. The results showed:1.The reliability and validity of revised yuarn-feng belief, mental health and jobperformance scales for primary school teachers had met the psychometricrequirements.2.In terms of gender, mental health scale showed: in the happy emotion factor,the female teachers were more significant than male teachers, does not existsignificant gender differences in other factors. Yuarn-feng belief scale showed: in theyuan of factor, the female teachers with higher scores than that of male teachers; inthe fen of factor, the male teachers with high scores. The job performance scale show:the female teachers,in-role behavior with higher scores than the male teachers.In the age, mental health scale variance analysis showed that: there are agedifferences in the happy mood. Teachers above40years old were better than the ageof31-40years. Yuarn-feng belief scale and job performance scale with no significantdifferences in the different ages.3.Yuarn-feng belief, mental health and job performance were closely related.yuarn-feng belief was in significant positive correlation with mental health,yuarn-feng and job performance were significantly correlated; mental health and jobperformance was positively related. In each subscale, yuan was close with happyemotion; fen was significantly related to various factors of mental health, workperformance; mental health factors and job performance factors were closely linked.4.Yuarn-feng belief had certain influence on job performance and mental health, and mental health played an intermediary role between yuarn-feng belief and jobperformance.
