The Preliminary Exploration Of Community Work Problems And Counter Measures

Community work and case work, group work together make up three working methods of the social work, compare with the other two kinds of method, community work is relative imperfection. After years, although in combination with China’s national conditions, and on the basis of the western social work theory and practice, our country’s social work made some progress and development of local community work theory and method, especially in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and other places, community work is slowly entering into people’s perspective.but in the development of the professional road of community work, there are still some problems, especially professional social workers use community work methods in community activities.The purpose of this paper is to present the problems when community social workers work, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, The author hopes it can be significative, and contribute to the social work practice. At the same time, seek better ways to solve these problems, and make the community social workers, especially the new ones better adapt to the community, and carry out professional community service work, make up the professional characteristics of China community work methods and models.Based on the social capital theory and the regional development mode, analyse the problems about the administrative work, the low awareness of the community people, the unreasonable arrangement of councilor, the unprofessional community workers, the volunteer team’s unstable when community workers work in the preparation phase and three practice activities. Then put forward the suggestions,such as making work plan, developing community activities, perfect training system and the corresponding solution countermeasures.
