With the emerging knowledge economy and accelerative globalization，theenlarged EU stands at a turning Point but faces news challenges. Our activity moreand more has been controlled by our knowledge and skill which we must grasp inour life. Vocationaltraining is important means for us to study the shills and learn theknowledge. Enhance the attractiveness of vocational education and training hasbecome an important goal of the EU towards cooperation and integration.
