With the emerging knowledge economy and accelerative globalization,theenlarged EU stands at a turning Point but faces news challenges. Our activity moreand more has been controlled by our knowledge and skill which we must grasp inour life. Vocationaltraining is important means for us to study the shills and learn theknowledge. Enhance the attractiveness of vocational education and training hasbecome an important goal of the EU towards cooperation and integration. Under theguidance of the EU’s overall policies and objectives of the framework, the EUconcluded the experience of European vocational education and training attractive topolicy development and implementation of vocational education credit system,protect the quality and efficiency, and improve the system of vocationalqualifications, to promote vocational education fair to promote lifelong learningstrategic aspects of the detailed analysis of the vocational education system, effectivemanagement measures, to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education andtraining.In this study, in addition to the introduction and conclusion, is divided into fiveparts:The first part, summarized the history of different historical stages of the EUVET attractive policy background and analysis, vertical comb the period after thepolicy context, the EU attractiveness of vocational education and training since the1950s can be divided into the Treatyof Rome and Masteri Hurt treaty period, as wellas the21st century (period) of Lisbon EU vocational education and trainingattractive policy background.In the second part, this section analyzes the content of the policy into the21stcentury EU vocational education and training attractive, EU vocational educationand training of the new century, attractive five main policy text content,implementation and progress analyzed.The third part of the21st century with the changes of the policy background, bysumming up the experience of the EU vocational education and training attractive topolicy development, the EU presented to enhance the vocational education andtraining policy measures attractive new features. Implementation of the European credit system of vocational education from the development, the frame of referenceto ensure the quality and efficiency, the European qualifications framework andother measures to improve the vocational qualification system, the promotion ofvocational education fair to promote lifelong learning strategies, and enhance theattractiveness of vocational education.The fourth part, reveal the deep meaning of the EU level to enhance thedevelopment of vocational education and training attractive, and even a profoundimpact on social development. Objective look at the theory with the practical way toenhance the possible problems in the vocational education and training attractive topolicy development on the road and look to its future development trends.The fifth part, the EU enhanced vocational education and training attractivepolicy on China policy implementation process. Try to combine the realities ofChina’s vocational education and training, in order to provide some suggestions topromote the attractiveness of vocational education and training for the solution of theproblem of gaps in the vocational education and training.
