After the founding of the PRC, as productivity to talented person’s urgent need,the country begins to take seriously the in-service teachers training work, andpublished a series of policy, documentation, training a large number of teachers. Afterreforming and opening, the industry has entered a period of rapid development,primary and middle school teachers’ training in the field is no exception. After80timemetaphase, the work of teachers training is gradually pushed on legal platform,promote the work of teachers training to develop energetically. Enter twenty-firstCentury, teacher training really into paying attention to the teachers’ age, teachersgradually from the background to the front desk, the teachers put forward higherrequirements, therefore, the training of teachers role is particularly important. Teachertraining policy are the direct factors to teachers’ training, in view of this, it isnecessary for our primary and middle school teachers’ training policy after thefounding of the panorama of a comb, comb through the display of teacher trainingpolicy evolution characteristics.
