Education gap between regions and schools is mainly caused by the imbalance ofteaching resource allocation, which not only hinders the balanced, sustainable andstable development of our country’s education, but also has become an urgentproblem that affects the harmony of the society. The paper analyses the effectivenessof A city’s teacher resources sharing measures, discusses the problems existing in Acity’s teachers sharing, and provides improvement ideas for A city’s teachersresources sharing measures.The measures taken to share the teachers in A city can be divided into threecategories: delivery sharing type, direct sharing type and shift sharing type. In view ofthe indirect sharing, this paper confirms interactions among teachers belong to bemeasures to share teachers in an indirect way by analyzing the share effect that bringsduring the process of communication. Meanwhile reasonable advices are put forwardto raise teachers’ enthusiasm in communication and interaction by analyzing the effectof the partition of pay and gain of knowledge on the psychology and behavior ofteachers. In the aspect of direct teachers’ sharing, take joint operations of schools, theteachers’ resources of which consist of direct sharing in teaching and planned networksharing flat in the joint operations of schools as example, this thesis analysis theeffect of interest subjects on the impetus of teachers sharing and establishment ofnetwork flat. Last but not least advices are proposed to solve the problems, detailedspeaking, In the point of shift sharing, take teachers’ turnover in joint operations ofschools and special post teachers as example, problems in the current solutions areanalyzed such as inhabitations in shifting considering the interest of their own andhard to survive for the special post teachers and correspondence advices are raised tosolve it.
