Rural revitalization is inseparable from the revitalization of rural education,and the revitalization of rural education cannot be separated from high-quality rural teachers.L County has a considerable number of new teachers in rural primary schools,and they undertake the important task of revitalizing rural basic education in L County.New teachers will face a certain degree of pressure to adapt to the job at the beginning of their employment,which affects the improvement of the quality of rural education in L County.Therefore,it has become an inevitable demand to solve the problems of new teachers in L County's rural elementary schools at the beginning of their employment.Induction training is the link between pre-employment education and post-employment education.Induction training that meets the training needs of most new teachers can help new teachers solve the problems that arise at the beginning of their employment and enable them to smoothly pass the new teacher stage.This research takes L County's rural elementary school new teacher induction training needs as the research object,investigates the current situation and problems of L County elementary school new teacher induction training,analyzes the reasons,and proposes ways to improve the current L County new teacher induction training.It has important reference and guiding significance for improving the effectiveness of the induction training for new teachers in L County elementary schools,solving the problem of new teachers' induction,reducing the loss of new teachers,promoting the professional development of the rural teacher team in L County,and improving the quality of rural basic education.This research is based on teacher professional development theory,hierarchy of needs theory,and adult learning theory.It is based on questionnaire surveys,supplemented by interview surveys to achieve the purpose of the research.A survey was conducted on the interviewees' basic conditions,training objectives,training content,training methods,trainers,training evaluations,new teachers' views on induction training and suggestions for improvement,and found that there are problems: L County has not established a sound new teacher recruitment Training system;no survey on the needs of induction training has been conducted,and the training does not meet the needs of new teacher training;the school and training department have not formed a linkage mechanism during the induction training process,and have not made effective connections.The induction training support system for new teachers in L County is not perfect;Finally,focusing on the problems in the induction training for new teachers in L County Primary Schools,combined with related theories,the proposed solutions are:exploring the establishment of a new teacher induction training system with local characteristics in L County,such as extending the training time and optimizing the training form.Reasonably reduce the workload of new teachers,etc.;implement pretraining needs surveys to accurately grasp the training needs of new teachers;strengthen contacts between all parties and establish a flexible mechanism to connect all parties;Improve the new teacher induction support system,including strengthen local training teachers and the development of training curriculum resources;carry out a variety of Formal training,build a learning platform for new teachers;improve the training evaluation system,and give full play to the role of evaluation.
