At present, China’s primary and secondary education is taking place with theprogressive reform, and the evaluation of teachers is also undergoing great changes,and it should be able to promote the developement of teachers, and be in accordancewith the requirements of the overall development of studentsprimary education in Yibin City has made great achievements, but so far, does notexist any specifical study on this topic about the evaluation of primary school teachers,and I believe that, in the case of the deepening of compulsory education reform, it isa very need to seriously underst how the educators think about the evaluation of theprimary schoul teachers,in order to put forward practical recommendations to better theevaluation of primary school teachers in this region in future.First, the ultimate purpose of the teacher evaluation is to benefit studentsdevlepement, thus it is necessary for the teachers to take part in the evaluation process,only in this way can we evaluate carefully how well the teachers hve done their jobs,and note clearly how their jobs have influenced the students,(negatively or positively),and at the same time can we knou how to better teachers teaching behavior.Secondly, when teachers take part in the evaluation process, it is better not to tryto avoid the incentive function of teacher evaluation and administrative functions, forby promoting the growth of teachers, such as constantly better their teaching contentand methods, we can ultimately promote the student growth.;Thirdly, in order to better the evaluation of promary school teachers in Yibin area,it a must to take three steps,,the firrst one is, to center on the developement ofstuedents, the second one is, to depend on the youngh teachers, and the last one is, ttheschool admistrative groups shall be positve adn pushing.
