As a basic component of modern higher education,discipline has become a medium for the development of higher education institutions and a manifestation of the sustainable development of higher education institutions.Under the background of national double-first-class policy construction,it is of great practical significance to make a scientific and reasonable evaluation of disciplines.At present,the domestic discipline development model has entered the connotative development stage with the improvement of quality as the core.It has become the current research hotspot to carry out the First-Level Discipline evaluation,evaluate the healthy development level of the discipline,grasp the development trend of the discipline and promote the discipline construction.In the field of educational economic management,it is the practical development and realistic need of public management to carry out subject evaluation.With the development of network technology,public data reflecting the quality of university disciplines is increasing rapidly.The development and use of relevant literature databases also provide a basis for in-depth monitoring of discipline quality.Some index systems and research methods driven by data structure have been widely used in discipline evaluation.How to establish an objective and reliable evaluation index system is the core of the healthy development level of discipline.The dissertation is based on the logical lines of questions,literature review,theoretical research,model construction,empirical analysis and conclusions.The main research contents and innovations are as follows:(1)In terms of theoretical research,the research ideas are innovated.From the perspective of life cycle theory,the project is projected into the process of disciplinary development,and the life characteristics of the discipline are given.Based on the analysis of the S-curve of the Logistic function around the life cycle of the discipline,the discipline diagnosis is carried out evaluation.(2)In terms of the indicator system,according to the inherent laws of the discipline and the role of specific genes,from the stage of germination to maturity,the discipline needs to undergo a cycle from sub-health to health,based on various performance indicators of discipline externalization.The discipline productivity,impact and sustainability indicators system.(3)In terms of model fitting,combined with the selected InCites database measurement indicators,based on the results of comprehensive evaluation theory and principal component analysis,the key indicators of subject evaluation such as CNCI and H index were extracted,and the weights were assigned,and the subject health index was launched.Quantitative evaluation and fitness index model fitting.(4)In terms of evaluation conclusions,relying on the results of cluster analysis,the discipline health level standards are divided,and the disciplinary health level difference of the top universities in the world is found to be pyramid-shaped,comprehensively comparing the rankings of universities and colleges at home and abroad,and the papers are ranked in the relative position of the disciplines.Matching the rankings of QS and ESI universities,and maintaining a uniform frequency in the vertical fluctuation of rankings,verifying the scientificity and applicability of the results of the discipline evaluation.
