Research On The Quantitive Evaluation Index System Of BSU Students’ Daily Conduct

The evaluation of daily conduct is one part of the evaluation of the student;it is also called moral character evaluation or comprehensively quantitative evaluation,lt refers to quantitative evaluate by scores of the sudents’ daliy conduct,including political ideas,practical activities,disciplline,ect.lt is one index of the student’s comprehensive evaluation.As the part time college counselor of Beijing Sport University,the writer thinks a lot about the problems in the management of the students’ daily conducts,so the aim of this paper is to establish the quantitative evaluation index system to guide the development of students’ conducts, restrict the ill intention,provide the effective help to the counselor’s work,and improve the management of the students.Combining the education aims and major features of the sports colleges,by the methods of documentary study,interview,investigation, statistics and logical analysis,this paper takes the basic principles of philosophy,education,sociology,psychology and logic as the directions.The results are as followed:1.The investigation of BSU students’ daily conduct indicates that the atmosphere of the students’ study is common,the students’ mental health is good,but their faiths are not satisfied.Most of the students take part in the practical activities actively,but some are still not active; the overall performance of the students’ daily conduct is far from satisfactory.2.The investigation of BSU students’ daily conduct indicates that there are not scientific and unified evaluation standard among different colleges and departments of the students’ daily conduct evaluation,there are some problems of the current evaluation standards;The students are not satisfied with the comprehensive evaluation and the standards of taking part in the Communist party,recommendin(?) duates,etc. some of the standards are not reasonable,com(?) ientific.3.It is useful to evaluate the students’ daily conduct quantitatively to improve the daily management of students.4.On the basis of investigation and conclusion of sports colleges’ experiences of managements of students,by the methods of statistics, this paper establishes the quantitative evaluation index system.5.The quantitative evaluation index system of students’ daily conduct can scientific evaluates the students’ conduct in and out class.6.The quantitative evaluation index system of students’ daily conduct can be one index of the <situation and policy>course.7.The quantitative evaluation index system of students’daily conduct can be taking into the comprehensive evaluation of the students.By the contrast of the current evaluation standards of BSU,the system of this paper will be more overall,scientific and do more to the guidance of students’ evaluation,the results of the evaluation can be directly connected with the awarding,taking part in the Communist party,finding a job,etc.and it will encourage the excellent students,urge on the students who are following behind,and improve the comprehensive quality of the students completely.
