Nanjing Area Ordinary Undergraduate Course Colleges And Universities Sports Human Resources Integration Research

The development of sports human resource is related to the construction of physical education discipline and the development of physical education in colleges and universities. The integration of sports human resource is designed to enhance the overall quality of sports human resources of Nanjing ordinary universities. The establishment of sports human resource alliance makes possible the sharing of knowledge, research methods, research topics, teaching methods and training methods, changing disorders in good order so as to promote the development of individual person and organization.This paper, using research methods such as literature data, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and based on such basic theories as of modern human resources management, integration, system, self-organization, makes a practical survey on the conditions of sports human resources in21ordinary colleges and universities in Nanjing. The author has conducted interviews of physical education teachers in related colleges and universities and thus made an overall analysis on status quo of sports human resource in ordinary colleges and universities in Nanjing. Based on the relevant data of professional title structure, educational structure and age of sports human resources in21colleges and universities of Nanjing, and combined with the integration of the relevant theory, an integration theory research is conducted on physical education human resources in ordinary college and universities in Nanjing.Based on the integration theory, this paper constructs an alliance model of sports human resource in Nanjing ordinary universities, and carried on an detailed introduction and analysis, seeking to promote individual development of sports human resources and the scientific construction method of university physical education.
