This research aims to assess the differences in circumstances of teaching effectiveness, learning transference ability, computer attitude and usage behavior in the condition of cross-system and cross-tool to carry out information technology teaching. An experimental research method is used in this paper, the experimental objects of this study are third grad students of primary school and seventh grade students of junior middle school, to assess respectively the differences in circumstances of teaching effectiveness, learning transference ability, computer attitude and usage behavior under three different sets of software and hardware enviorment. The three software and hardware enviorment are the same hardware configuration, different operating systems and application softwares; the same hardware configuration and operating system, homogeneous application softwares of different brands; ordinary computer and loongson computer.As more experimental content and longer experimental time, the experimental content and data already completed now is analyzed in this paper, and the rest will be fully present in the subject report. We discover the followings according the stage experiment result analyses:(1) Students using the computer of same hardware configuration, different operating systems and application softwares have no prominet differences in the information technology teaching effectiveness.(2) Students have no prominent differences in the teaching technology effectiveness between the ordinary computer and the loongson computer.(3) Some students using the computer of same hardware configuration, different operating systems and application softwares probabely have prominent differences in the learning transference ability, but some students do not.(4) Some students using the computer of same hardware configuration and operating system (Windows XP), homogeneous application softwares of different brands probabely have prominent differernces in the learning transference ability, but some students do not.(5) Some students probably have prominent differences in the learning transference ability between ordinary computer and loongson computer, but some students do not.(6) Students using the computer of same hardware configuration, different operating systems and application softwares have no prominet differences in the computer attitude and usage behavior.(7) Some students probably have prominent differences in the computer attitude and usage behavior between ordinary computer and loongson computer, but some students do not.
