Balanced Development Of The Compulsory Education Quality In Jiangsu Province

Compulsory education affects the quality of the citizens,and it’s the basic work of the national development. Compulsory education has the nature of public products and social welfare which require the development process of compulsory education to be fair and balanced. Balance is the inevitable requirement of compulsory education? and it’s also the regulation and important measure to promote educational equity and social justice. The balanced development of compulsory education has important significance to promote changing contemporary social structures and to stable the society. Jiangsu Province is a relatively developed area of economic and society, and its development of compulsory education has made great achievements,but compare with the level of development and well-off target,there is still a big gap. Within the Jiangsu Province,there are a variety of imbalances on the development of compulsory education. Although with the implementation of a series of measures,the balanced development of compulsory education has achieved some success, but the imbalance still remains. Jiangsu Province proposed to play an exemplary role in the balanced development of compulsory, and began to construct the high-quality balanced area of compulsory education, these have brought new opportunities and challenges for its education.Jiangsu Province divided all counties and cities to four batches in the construction of the high-quality balanced area of compulsory education, the counties and cities of Taizhou dialects respectively belong to these four batches. According to the analysis of these counties and cities, we can found that despite a series of achievements, but the but the problem can not be avoided. The problems mainly concentrated in the turnover of teachers and the teacher training and academic upgrading and small classes teaching and Schools merge. In order to achieve the goal of compulsory education quality equalization, we need to further strengthen the government’s responsibility, and improve the protection mechanism of compulsory education, and continue to increase investment in education efforts to strengthen the scientific adjustment of school layout.
